Merging branch website-dev to website-prod

Issue #2285 closes #2286

The button bg is green and text color is black but on hover, bg turns to dark green and text color becomes white I have made changes to total 7 buttons in the home page and the components are Web.tsx, Time.tsx, Maintainers.tsx, Product.tsx
