Typo error in README.md #2295

I found a typographical error in the README.md file:

In the line "<b An open-source UI library built using HTML and CSS...... ", the closing angle bracket seems to be missing in the opening tag "<b".

It should be " An open-source UI library built using HTML and CSS...... "
