Evaluate to support DuckDB abd PostgreSQL database backends #269

PostgreSQL would enable TimescaleDB which is a very potent metric database imo.

Transparently handling metric scopes is a challenge I think, eventually supporting features as continuous aggregates could be interesting for performance.
