vagrant-aws is hard to install #5

I had a hard time installing it on both OSX Yosemite and a brand new Ubuntu 14.04.

We should at least figure out and document how to install it on these platforms, because the vagrant-aws docs don't do a good enough job.

Leaving this open for clarification on other dependencies and for proper testing on OSX and Ubuntu.
