Update plugin installer to install official plugin on CoreOS #40

Currently the plugin installer (uft-flocker-plugin-install) installs the official Flocker Docker plugin on Ubuntu and CentOS (although the latter is untested) but still installs the labs version of the Flocker Docker plugin on CoreOS.

Update the containerized flocker docker plugin docker image on docker hub to include the latest official plugin.
