Deleted servers are not removed from the dashboard #495

I deleted a few servers using 'anvil-delete-server' and the dashboard still shows them as being active;

Note, for example, srv11-test.

After submitting this ticket, I tried to reload the dashboard and I had to log back in. I wonder if this is related to the session expiring, but not being shown that it has expired?

As of #540, the user will be redirected to login when their session expires; it may patch this problem.
