When a new server job has been provisioned, the "Provision" button should be disabled. Also, when the form is closed (and the job is saved), the form should be cleared. Currently, if you click '+' a second time, it opens the form back up with the previous job's values still in the input fields.
It might be worth adding a "copy config of 'X'" option to let someone load the cpu, disk, node, storage group, install/driver ISO selection, etc. This would be a 3.1 enhancement though.
