Web UI: create a way to auto-select storage group and/or anvil node (not subnode) during provision server #541

We need a way to help the user identify which Storage Group or Anvil Node is optimal for the server they're creating. There's no clear path currently; discuss as appropriate.

For now, auto-select only if there's 1 Storage Group and/or Anvil Node.
