[storage] anvil-manager-server-storage creates a new disk but doesn't add it to the definition

Happened on an Alma9 host with the server off.

Test remove of the drive also

This is now merged into main.

Tested by shutting down a server, adding a disk, the disk is present when starting the VM again and part of xmldump
