hostnames shouldn't line-wrap when free screen space is available

When running a manifest, for example, with a long domain name (like ee-a03n01.exampleexample.com), the host-name gets line-wrapped when running the manifest when there's plenty of screen space available. The interstitial window show widen in such a case.
