Web UI: enhance logging to trace issues #610 #638

Add more logging to trace #610.

The problem is likely in websockify because:

  1. server host name and port are correct in database
  2. the same setup works for other servers

There's currently no reliable way to determine whether websockify is hiccuping; need this before a fix can be provided.
