user ocf:heartbeat:oracle can not manage oracle #934

HI, I use corosync + pracmaker + resource-agent to do oracle HA, After the resource configuration is complete, start the service prompt as follows: Resource Group: oracle_cluster oracle_store (ocf::heartbeat:Filesystem): Started db02.xxx oracle_instant (ocf::heartbeat:oracle): Stopped oracle_lsnrctl (ocf::heartbeat:oralsnr): Stopped oracle_vip (ocf::heartbeat:IPaddr): Stopped

Failed actions: oracle_instant_start_0 on db01.xxx 'not installed' (5): call=51, status=complete, last-rc-change='Wed Mar 1 12:04:25 2017', queued=0ms, exec=88ms oracle_instant_start_0 on db02.xxx 'not installed' (5): call=32, status=complete, last-rc-change='Wed Mar 1 12:52:38 2017', queued=0ms, exec=85ms
