ERR: DIFFERENT DISK #4

I've been trying to write several different versions of Zelda no Densetsu: The Hyrule Fantasy, but I get a "different disk" error when it tries to write blocks 11 through 16. This is on a standalone FDS that has been fully serviced and calibrated, and the disk itself has no physical flaws that I can see.

I am having this same issue when attempting to write Wardner no Mori to disk.
