SNES/Megadrive games will not run if the name contains strange characters, like "!" symbol if you copy roms folder from older hakchi #1212

When I put snes / megadrive games with strange characters like this "!"games don't run.

Please, give us example on the title name, and how you are trying to run it (i.e. which emulators etc.etc.).

If you copy games or games_snes from hacki 2.20 or before to hakchi 2.30, and this roms contains any stange caracter, roms can't run ok, if you rename the roms and remove this characters, then all is ok. Is it possible to implement something to correct this?

Bad rom name (can't execute in snes mini):GunstarHeroes(Europe).md Corrected rom name ( runs ok on snes mini): GunstarHeroes.md
