SNES not working when I add games. someone help please #1382

A couple months ago I use hakchi2 and It worked good. So after I found out about retroarch and all those other things. so I searched up how to do it and I did everything right and it didn't work. It showed the games but didn't open. so I tried it several more times and it got worse. Now when ever I add games, the red light turns on but it doesn't turn on. The screen just stays black. so I turned it off but then, the red light doesn't turn off unless I unplug it from the wall. so I had to uninstall the kernels and everything and it only works normally without the hacked games. Someone please help me. I have no clue what to do and I would love to play all those other games on it again. I would much appreciate that person who helps. thanks.

I had this problem before all you have to do is backup all your states and wipe you snes or nes clean.
