SNES Classic - Retroarch wont drag and drop on hakchi 2.31 #1398

Hello, I just put some new SNES roms on my SNES classic and everything worked great. I tried to expand to NES Roms and downloaded the latest Retroarch from Github. When I go to drag and drop the retroarch_with_cores file into Hakchi2 (run as an administrator) I am not allowed to drop the file. I also tried to add via install modules but drag and drop is not an option and my choices are extra music, music hack, password, remove thumbnails, and snes custom filters.

Just curious what my next steps are? Thanks github

Ultimately, I just started from scratch and installed Hackchi CE 3.4.1 and it worked.
