Hakchi2.31 with SNES mini Jap: can dump the kernet but not the whole NAND #1434

Dear all,

I would like to add some games and play around with hakchi2 but, before potentially harm the SNES mini, I would like to save a backup and dump every thing... just in case. I had no problem dumping the kernel but I really can't dump the whole NAND. I encounter 2 different behaviours: 1) if I hold the reset button till windows recognizes something plugged thought usb dump

2) if I hold the reset further more dump2

I think I've correctly installed the driver driver

I noticed that the led turns on when I try to dump the nand, is it normal? What can I do? Thank you,

I have already tried all the usb ports I have on my laptop: same situation.
