Dump kernel not working (SNES) #1441

I do as the instructions tell me but after I do as the instructions tell me to do for the kernel dumping, I just get stuck, I install the driver multiple times, different versions of hakchi and try to use different usbs or different usb ports but it still doesen't work, im always stuck on the instructions and my device manager does see my snes.

Is this just a program malfunction or something that im missing?

I'm having the same issues as well. I've tried different versions, ports, and different computers but can't get it to work. I don't know what to do. it was working fine a few weeks ago. Someone help please.
