Which Hakchi2 revision for the new NES + SNES re-releases?

Hi there,

i m a little bit confused about the different Hakchi2 software revisions buyers of the re-releases of NES + SNS mini were recommended. I bought both the NES and the SNES mini in their latest release and did not come to a solution. I have the EU version (Germany) of both. This is what i read in various postings or youtube recommendations:

Do not use 2.30 or 2.31 for the newer versions of both consoles
Use 1.2.5 CE instead because 2.30 does not work properly on the re-releases
Can i go for the latest CE 3.5.2 ?

Just had an issue flashing a brand new NES mini. Used the latest 2.31 and everything seemed to go fine until the game is plugged in and you select a game. The screen goes black then kicks back to the menu. So no games load at all. Reading your post you say there is an earlier release that works well? I looked into the releases and they only go back to 2.07. What is 1.2.5 CE?

Hakchi2 is no longer supported. Please use Hakchi2 CE (aka Hakchi 3) from https://github.com/TeamShinkansen/hakchi2/releases.
