SNES CLassic Stays on Black Screen even after installing the Original Dump #1459

After I got problems with the new games I installed I reverted back to the Original Dump and still there boots it just into a black screen. Can someone help me out here?

Also the CLassic does not turn itself off when I hang it to the TV
