SNES classic hackchi2 step: hold reset button and power up #1461

So i am having this issue where i try to get my snes roms in the snes classic,when i try to dump kernel,i follow the step but when i hold reset and hit power,the Snes power up right away so i cant get to install the driver to complete dump kernel process,i even took it apart to hold manually the reset button and still same problem happen,the snes power up right as i hit the power button
