SNESC not booting? NOT a power source / peripheral issue... #1472

Hi all, I'm looking for suggestions as to what I can try with a faulty SNESC unit I have picked up. I do not know if it is a hardware or software issue. When I switch it on, the red light comes on for a few seconds and then goes off. And that's it.

I've tried numerous different power cables and plugs, HDMI and Controllers (including official ones) all to no avail and all ones that work with my other console(s). I restored the console back to factory settings using Hakchi and it managed to survive the process fine and I got the success confirmation. But still no luck booting up. I even opened it up and tried switching the main board into my other console and it still had the same problem.

Am a bit unsure what to try next!
