Probably hardware revisions. Don't know if this has anything to do with it, but in later models, the board was changed to be almost identical to the SNES Mini's, which in turn probably increased the NAND space. It doesn't really matter though, since you can use USB flash drives to get as much space as you want.
I know this is probably answered somewhere, so I appreciate anyone answering again. I have seen some post of NES classics with up to 350mb of space. With the TG16, Sega, GBA, SNES, and 2600 & 7800 mods I only have 282 MB of space. Clearly others are running the same game types. Why do they have so much more space? How can I get there?
