Hakchi CE 3.5.3 wont start up keep getting error message #1483

i dont want to have to reinstall it again and re add all the games and cores and everything and reflash the kernel and do all that over again, took 3 hours to do that yesterday and to get it working right. Never had issues with the old version i had.
