SNES Mini & Hakchi 3.6.0 BRICKED? #1488

Hello... I have a bricked SNES mini upgrading to hakchi 3.6.0. I can't get the machine to install or uninstall anything. Cannot flash original kernel or flash my own decrypted firmware either. Sometimes it does does let me flash recovery mode from RAM though. but won't let me install, uninstall, reset or anything. It's always erroring out because I believe files are missing on the machine.
Tried going back to hakchi 3.5.3 but with no luck.

So I can force telnet and ftp by trying to install or uninstall hakchi and it will let me connect, but other than that, that is all i get! I have read you can telnet into the machine and erase some files in the var folder but I don't even have that folder. same thing with FTP, the directories are not there to erase these files?

I am totally lost and super bummed out. Is there a way to factory default the maching through telnet? Thats the only thing I can think of!

Well anyways this is what my debug window is outputting when trying to install hakchi:

THIS WAS SOLVED BY MADMONKEY! This is how he told me to solve this:

ok, try this. in 3.6, press ctrl+f12, then settings->developer tools->download latest hakchi

restart ce, switch to fel mode, select kernel->uninstall, it should not ask for original kernel anymore

don't format sd card through ce for now, at least not in 3.6
