activate bilinear filters and full screen #144

How to activate bilinear filter and put screen at 16/9 fullscreen without borders? Need hdmod folder to filter bilinear?

You need to use RetroArch Core, and can go into Settings by pushing select+start, then Settings, Video, Enable Bilinear Filter, as well as change aspect ratio. You can back out, and choose quick settings, then save core override to make these settings stick on a core to core basis.
