On the SNESCE (at least), if you have screen burn-in reduction turned on and allow the emulator to sit idle until it kicks in, Retroarch hangs and cannot be recovered. The only thing that works at that point is to reset to menu.
NOT A BUG, issue is not actually with Retroarch, closing as could not reproduce
