Retroarch save state preview images are solid black #88

I don't know if this is the same as #81

Using 0.8 yesterday my save state preview images for some Genesis games looked fine. Using 0.9 the preview images for new save states are solid black today. Also see solid black save state previews for some Game Boy games I tried today.

No longer having this issue with new save states using 1.0
