Docs ("Cluster Observables") - added list of features and changed SBPs to V-band #32

Edits to the "Cluster Observables" part of the documentation.

  1. Added a list of cmctoolkit features.

  2. Changed U-band surface brightness profiles to V-band, since the latter is more commonly used.

  3. Added subscript V to the y-axis label, and also changed the units to mag/arcsec^2, which is the expected output.
