Chat/realtime issues #222

have someone else take a bunch of actions to see what causes this - I think it is related to realtime trades

Putting all chat issues here:

received new message while trade window minimized didn't alert user no visual indicator when start private chat clicked if window minimized - should open chat window menu should always disappear after clicking a button shouldn't have the invite option available if already trading only 1 trade instance should be able to be added

Should not be open by default should not pop up until message sent (check for count > 0) open trade from chat window
