It's been nearly 6 months since the Endless_Merging has been updated, and since that time has passed many speed and quality features have been integrated into the main aom branch, which would be nice to have merged here

Seems there's not gonna be an update on this for a while, as attention is now on svt-av1-psy, so I'll close this issue
