Create Filter for on Trips View for Past Trips

As a User when tapping on the "Past" tab in the segmented Control you should be able to see only the trips that have been completed.

• A Completed Trip is a trip that EndDate is before the Current Date
• Trips that are filtered should have a grayscale color overlay over them.
