Certain Sim Wont Rip #12

Hello I am trying to rip one of my teen sims & she wont rip i'm not sure why. All my other sims in the household rip too. I haven't had this issue until now

Hi @LilLeaf772, If you have a problem with a specific Sim, it would be very helpful if you could post the troubleshooting info. There is a button in the program to generate a zip with this information.
