Those shouldn't be needed except when we're developing the app, so hide them for everyone else unless they're interested in poking around at the internals

Not even going to bother with the 'dev tools' button for now. Can re-evaluate when we have enough polish in the project, but for now, it's pretty much raw as it gets.
