Implement Move Tree view #97

A rather important little detail for a game reviewer, I would say.

I would like to explore something very compact but still easily usable. Possibly also break the game down into segments so that vertical scroll makes sense.

I have built a basic implementation, it's not pretty, you need to manually refresh and you can't click on it or anything, but it does display the entire kogo's joseki dictionary, so that's a fine start.
