How to login with just credentials #4

Not sure if this is possible, but is there a way to login with just credentials?

Like, if somebodies account was like this: Email: microsoftisbad@outlook.com Password: actuallytheyareokay Is there a way I could login with it?

Or just find out if that account works in the first place.
