TOmniValue.CastFrom / TOmniValue.CastTo doesn't handle records - enhancement

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. See attached units, with unit test (ignore interface test)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Passing tests but see failing tests.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

3.0.3a Windows 7, Delphi XE4

Please provide any additional information below.
