Wrong requires in OmniThreadLibraryDesigntimeXE5.dpk (in r1326) #56

In OmniThreadLibraryDesigntimeXE5.dpk in the requires clause is wrongly set 
OmniThreadLibraryRuntimeXE4 instead of OmniThreadLibraryRuntimeXE5.
