Change Delete Priority to Prioritize Celltags First, or Separate Deleting Celltags and Waypoints, or Add Delete Type Options #118

If possible, please prioritize deleting celltags before deleting anything under the celltag.

Or create a separate "Delete Celltags" "Delete Waypoints" Tool.

Or when selecting "Delete" you can select options of what types to delete (i.e. terrain, overlays, units, infantry, structures, celltags, waypoints, ... , select all).
