Swap Titan and Wolverine back to as they were in vanilla #12

image Apparently they were located this way in vanilla. Maybe a toggle in settings would be good.

The order is different because of a patch that makes the game order the units on the sidebar according to their order in Rules.ini, which ensures that the order remains the same even if you lose and rebuild factories in the middle of a match (in vanilla TS you'd for example end up with infantry at the bottom or units in a different order than they became available in).

The Wolverine and Titan can be swapped around if that's widely preferred, but I think a toggle for something this minor would only bloat the number of settings for users to look through without any real gain.

I rearranged the order of all units to match vanilla TS more, although all infantry will remain at the very top and all aircraft remain at the bottom.

This is what it looks like for GDI, Nod, as well as when a player owns all tech from both factions: image image image
