Add the ability to set the default value of Audio option `Don't play main menu music in lobbies`. #400

For some client design and experience setups, it would be desired to have the main menu music played in the game lobbies. Adding an option to ClientDefinitions.ini would allow this default initial value to be different for first-time user setups, without affecting existing option setups.

For example: PlayMainMenuLobbyMusicDefault=<boolean>
