Move Arma3 Sync repositories on CNTO infra #20

Currently both Main and Campaign repositories are hosted on @JamesTheClarke NAS'. We need to move it on the community infrastructure.

Attempts of this have already been made, opening this issue just for traceability. The full SSgt report is available and updated in this forum thread.

First attempt was to move the repositories on Main Server and use the Apache installation (under XAMPP) to serve the A3Sync files with requests being routed through Tools Server under the url https://priv.carpenoctem.co/repo-main. Since there were several timeout errors, @Didr figured out that the disk on which the repository files were hosted on Main (HDD) couldn't keep up with the request.

Moving a potion of the Main Repository to a different disk (SSD, around 30GB) solved the connection issues, we decided to host the A3Sync repositories on Tools Server expanding its current capacity of ~40GB to 150GB. Currently waiting for @Shiny-CNTO to coordinate with Seneram and obtain more storage space.

Decision was made to host the repositories in a new VM that is being set up by Seneram that will have a significantly bigger disk space than Tools Server. Currently waiting for it to be available to start the configuration.

The new VM will run Rocky Linux 8 and CNTO TeamSpeak 3 server will be moved on it as well, keeping Tools for web services only.
