Remove Reservist Absence tag #61

We won't be using it as absence tag anymore. It can be safely removed now. We'll send out PM to members who are on reserves and depending on the outcome, Absence status will be update to LoA or Reservist rank tag.

I deprecated the Reservist absence type. You cannot create new absences with that type or edit one with that type. Any remaining Reservist absences can be "converted" at you discretion! Let me know if that is OK!
