Hey @RakshitKumar04, could you please look into contributors' guidelines and set up all the basic steps and link git commands, to begin with?

Hey @RakshitKumar04, I have already made the desired changes in the README.md file. All that is left is to add about hacktober fest that contributor must need to singup to Hacktoberfest first and then move towards contributions. Also go for a nice image for the readme.
