those surfaces in the this atlas won't work for morpho, we needed to smooth out the surfaces a bit in order to get the surface area operations to work. for hippocampus the surfaces are on scinet as described in the 'Setting up your input folder' section of https://github.com/CobraLab/documentation/wiki/MAGeT-Morph
there are only whole hippocampus surfaces available for morpho as of not and i don't think that will be changing anytime soon
