Changed extractvbm stage #20

Only meant to change the extractvbm stage- don't know why differences are showing up in other stages. Mainly added mincblob command to get the Jacobian determinant from the non-linear grid deformation, and added additional minccalc stages so we're producing masks modulated both by (det+1) and log(det+1). Let me know if you have questions/want to discuss.

The reason it's showing a bunch of other changes is you submitted the pull request against master, can you re-do against the "modulatedvbm" branch?
