Have to add minc-bpipe-library folder to path #22

I had to add the minc-bpipe-library folder to my path to run bpipe-bash.sh, don't know if you want to specify that in the instructions.

I hadn't bothered since I knew what I was talking about, but you make a good point, I will probably rearrange this like how magetbrain is setup.
