bpipe-batch.sh should check inputs #36

bpipe-batch.sh does not checking for the input files you provide.

If bpipe gave sane errors for this it would make sense, but it seems to give some very odd errors if it doesn't fine the pipeline file, something about "can't find qsub"

So, we should preflight the input files.
