Investigate antsRegistration to replace mincANTS/ANTS #9

antsRegistration is a rewritten version of ANTS which is ITKv4 only and improves performance by ~30% https://www.icts.uiowa.edu/confluence/display/BRAINSPUBLIC/ANTS+conversion+to+antsRegistration+for+same+data+set

It's also multi-threaded so speedups could be higher.
