Unknown problem between twolevel_modelbuild.sh and modelbuild.sh for duplicate filename checking

All I have is a clip of a logfile, inputs were modified, outputs were deleted before I got to do any debugging.

Unable to reproduce the issue. Assuming badly formatted input csv.
